With a background in mental health, meditation, Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Life coaching and retreat hosting, she creates supportive environments where teams can explore wellbeing in a way that feels safe, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable.
Her earlier career in retail area management, training, and coaching means Emma understands the pressures modern teams face—and knows how to offer practical, evidence-based solutions that fit naturally into workplace culture. She blends her qualifications with real-world insight to help teams build resilience, reduce stress, and connect more deeply with themselves and one another.
